GK Director/Assistant Director of Coaching
David Ormiston hails from Brighton, England. He is a former collegiate player from Eckerd College and an NJCAA National Champion and National Championship MVP with Genesee CC. He also is a former Assistant Coach and 2022 USL 2 Lonestar Division Champion with Brazos Valley Cavalry FC in College Station (TX), and was part of the youngest coaching staff in USL 2 history to win a championship, taking a Brazos side that finished bottom of the league in the previous year, to the USL 2 play-offs the following season. He is also a former NCAA DII Assistant Coach and Director of Goalkeeping for St Mary’s University (TX), where he was an undefeated 2022 Lonestar Conference Champion. Whilst at St Mary’s University, Ormiston helped lead the program to the highest national ranking in school history at #5, and the coaching staff were named the United Soccer Coaches South Central Regional Staff of the Year for 2022.
